| Stephen Buckner, President |

Stephen Buckner has 25 years experience in the roofing and sheet metal industry. He is one of three grandsons' of Harry Blackmore who is the founder, and sons' of Malcolm Buckner who was Harry's son in law and partner after returning from WWII. Stephen started work at the family business as all the sons' did, as a roofer's helper in 1978. Hired in as an estimator/project manager in 1984 and performed this role until 1993. In 1993, he became the operations manager and organized, planned and managed the production of the projects. In 1998, he became the president and held this position until 2001, during which time a national roofing consolidation acquired the family business. Shortly after the acquisition Stephen accepted the role of VP of Operations and maintained in that capacity until the spring of 2005. In June of 2005, Stephen became president of Blackmore and Buckner Roofing, LLC a Tecta America Company. |

Frank J. Smith, Jr., has 24 years experience in the roofing and sheet metal industry. He is a third generation roofing and sheet metal craftsmen. His grandfather, Roy Smith, started working for Malcom Buckner in 1954 and managed the sheet metal installation and the fabrication shop starting in 1956. Roy's sons Frank J. Smith, Sr., and Harold Smith started in 1956 and 1954, respectively, and were trained journeyman master sheet metal workers, and both managed the sheet metal shop after Roy's death in 1965. Frank J. Smith, Jr. hired in as a roofer's helper in 1978 and then moved into estimating and project management in 1988. In 1994 he became the chief estimator/project manager for the family business and continues in that role today. |

Todd Hall has 14 years experience in the construction industry and has been employed by Blackmore & Buckner Roofing since 2003. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lyon College, Batesville, Arkansas in 1989. He is also working towards his Masters in Business Administration from Butler University, Indianapolis, IN. His current role in the organization is providing key financial data to the management team and overseeing the day to day accounting functions. |
