2003) — Tecta America Corp. today announced that they have launched the first
complete green roof solution with their TectaGreen program. Tecta America will
bring together its 50-years plus of expertise in the roofing industry along with

Tecta America will be leading this new development in urban environments by
developing the green roof industry and offering a single-source of contact for

The first annual Green
Roof Infrastructure Conference brought together the latest innovations in
science and products to build green roofs for all types of roof systems. The
educational sessions were taught by leading experts in green roof technologies
including several international architectural and environmental planning
experts. In addition, Chicago’s Mayor Daley helped to kick-off the conference on
opening night at the Shedd Aquarium with a supportive keynote.
